H.I.D acting up
look on the side of the ticket where it says "code and section" and there are yes and no boxes. If yes is checked, then its a fix it ticket. more on this can be found on the back of the ticket by letter (c.)
but anyway.. yeah mine is a fix it ticket.. got me in some silverstars now... they light the road pretty good.. but have a ugly warm light thats on the road... so ill be switching back soon

I dont think the ballasts are bad....i figured out something interesting....when i unlock my doors via remote the headlights and puddle lamps come on.....everytime i do that both headlights come on with no problems.....its when i start the truck they go out, and i have to play the on/off game with them....well today i unlocked my truck, let them stay on for a minute then turned my truck to the "on" position, waited for 5 seconds or so then started, and voila! they stayed on.....I'll keep trying this to make sure, but I think I may have found a way to make them work....its that split second between the on position and the actual start where they go off......we'll see though.....the lights are awesome when they do eventually come on!!! I ordered the fogs today....haha
im having the exact same problem, same company, same hids. i got the relay sent to me, now they only turn on when the engine is off. if the engine is running then they wont stay on, just flash. also, if i turn them on then start the engine right away they turn off. they need that 5 second delay. so this problem has essentially rendered my remote start useless at night becuase i will jsut need to turn off the truck to turn on the lights, pause.......then turn on the engine. booerns. they say its just a bad relay. i think its more than that, they are sending another relay right now.

i was considering getting a set of hids but after all the negative feedback on lights going out, flickering, or not even coming on...i think ill stick w/ my halogens...they may not be as bright but they turn on every time i turn the switch over haha

Your problem can be solved with cancellers... I guess you didnt read the HIDExtra thread because it states what you need to order and what to tell them you need when you order. A lot of people have bulbs from them with no issues, just have to follow directions
I installed the HIDextra lights last night. Not as easy I thought it would be. After I did the first one, the 2nd was a breeze. But it was the first one that really did it for me. I asked for the cancelers and so far so good, but it's only been 1 day.
I got the 8000k set. It seems a little too blue for me. Not too much, but I'm just use to the stock HIDs on my S2000. And for those who don't know, those stock HIDs are some of the best out there. I might try the 6000k bulb, those will probably give the cleanest pure light.
