94rt is dead on with the wheels.

As for the grille, all SLTs come with the chrome grille. A standard SLT has the chrome grille with black honeycomb inserts. The Big Horn and Lone Star packages still use the chrome grille, but you get chrome billet inserts.

The painted grilles came only on R/T, TRX, and Canadian Sports. All of which have the black honeycomb inserts like the standard SLT's inserts.

While mine is a Sport model, the window sticker says SLT. On the options list, the Sport Package is listed as an option, $750 I think was the price. However, there is no SLT badging anywhere on the truck.
