Default problems after putting in leveling kit?

hey guys. i have a sport 4x4 quad cab. im planning on getting a front leveling kit and throwin some bfg all terrains, 285/65/20's.

since i know they will fit without the leveling kit, i was just wondering if i will experience problems, premature wear to anything up front by putting the leveling kit on?

im assuming i need to get a wheel alignment after adding bigger tires and the leveling kit?

Like others have said, alignment is a MUST as the toe will be way off when done. I had 70k on my F150 with front levelers and a rear add-a-leaf and no issues or tire wear, basically a low budget lift kit. The rear is too soft on these trucks without the leafs so I would not do the front without the back. Curious if they make the same spring block for the rears. That would be nice...
