are these rims "mopar oem"...
I don't see anything in the auction that says they're forged. Maybe they're so cheap because they are a cast aluminum knock-off of the real ones? Just because they come in a box that says Mopar on it, with the part number of the real deal is no proof that they really are the real deal, at all. All kinds of Chinese knock-off products come with "real" packaging.

Then my suggestion would be to move on and continue your search.
They ticked the box for me at the right price....finish is top notch, and when my tire guy mounted my tires, he commented on the quality of the finish and construction.
As an FYI....the stock chrome clads that come on the sport and slt have "made in taiwan" stamped on the back. Guess someone at the factory got screwed as well...huh?
Hey man, I didn't say there is anything *wrong* with them. I just said that the auction doesn't actually SAY they are forged. And another poster's stated justification for believing they are genuine OEM (i.e. that they came in a box that said Mopar with part numbers, etc) is not really good reasoning (in my opinion).
If they're well-made cast aluminum (and I'm not saying they are or are not), there's nothing wrong with that. But, as a potential purchaser myself, I just want to know what I'm really getting.
