To paint or not to paint, that is the question?
I finally got the truck back and here are some pictures of before and after. I only have one of before and I took all of the pictures with my cell phone. Anyway it looks awesome. Painting the bumpers was the best thing I could have done to help change the appearance of the truck. I am also installing the leveling kit this weekend and I will post some pictures of that as well.

I also got the leveling kit for it so that will be going on this weekend and I will post pictures of that as well. Let me know what you think.

Put some 3M clear protection on the front edge of the rear bumper. Factory comes with it on the sports and after seeing collect of crap in the snow this winter I full understand why.
As for the cost is was $800 bucks, the workmanship came with a lifetime warranty. The only piece I had to buy was the upper bumper piece everything else is the original piece that was painted. As for the 3M I plan on having that put on but I was told I had to wait 30 days for the paint to completely cure(or something like that) before I can put it on. So I guess no tailgaiting for a while and watch where I go for a while.
How in the H&!! did they come up with that, sounds to me like they either have to much work and do not want to take the time to do the work or they really do not know what they are talking about. I checked another shop and they wanted around $1000 for the job but they are known for usually being a little high. Did that price include nex bumpers or reusing the old ones? I would definetly try another shop.
Included the bumpers, flares and the bottom part of truck. They are saying to get it to blend without a line, they practically have to re clear the whole truck. I may check a couple other places, its not like an irking desire, just an idea....
