Default Front bumper

When I picked up my truck my front bumper the dealer had to paint it because of some minor imperfections. I recently noticed that the bumper seems loose, like I can pick it up in the front very easily. Not sure if this is normal or if it was installed wrong after painting it.

Wow, you got your dealer to paint your bumper? How nice! I have a half dollar size chunk of paint out of the plastic apron above the bumper and they won't do squat. The dealer looked at it practically with a magnifying glass, pointed out a TINY nick in the plastic, said it was rock damage or something and the car wash forced water under the paint and peeled it off. Tough luck he says. Anyway, your bumper is loose or the plastic apron piece above it?

I believe the flex is normal. I was wondering the same thing, that plastic trim piece gives. This is so that in a front 5MPH collision (If you want to cdall it that) you have some flex in the piece to give with the force of the object your hitting..

OR something similiar to that
