I know that a few people on here have upgraded from an REQ to either the full nav system or an aftermarket system. Does anyone have an REQ they would like to get rid of? If you have been keeping it to put back in your truck when you sell it I have an RES radio you can have as part of the deal.

It would be important that the unit had been put into TRANSPORT mode before it was removed from the donor vehicle though, or else it probably won't survive shipping.

Does anyone have an OEM radio for sale that has the text display?

Anyone have an RER DVDE that they upgraded to a nav system?

I am about to sell my radio with the dvd, hard drive etc etc for 475 shipped if your interested. I paid a grand for it a year ago. I am pulling it out of the truck today probably this afternoon. Works perfectly fine but just needing some money right now due to my separation and my soon to be ex wife wiping our account clean. I have been selling as much non essential stuff from around the house and off my motorcycle to help pay for a lawyer. Its just hard because I quit work to go to school full time back in the summer and this gets thrown in my face last week. Happy holidays right? Anyways let me know if your interested. I can post pictures later today of it still in the turck and once it gets pulled out.

 

Oh man that really bites and that really is a good deal bit I picked up an res with uConnect last night. All I was really looking to do was get something that was iPod capable.

Bummer about what it happening with your life right now but from someone who has been through it before, all I can say is "hang in there". It's going to get tougher before it gets better, but it will be worth it once it is all done.

Do you still have that radio available? Is it the one with navigation?

 

Yes I still have it and no it is not the model with navigation. It had DVD and the hard drive GIG hard drive. I would sell it right now for 300 shipped as long as it is in the lower 48. Let me know.

 

You still need the stock REQ radio? I have the text display but not sure if it is a 6 CD changer, never looked close enough.
