Ha! Just noticed you were in Pittsburg 2009reghemi, I made a dealer in Greensburg, PA (just outside of Pittsburg) an offer on a Silver truck and couldn't get it put together. Seems like he strung me out for a couple weeks before finally telling me he sold it to someone else. I still have a copy of the window sticker for that truck. If Dodge had a hemi and a 6sp in a reg cab 1500 Ram, you would see more reg cabs on the road, even a v/6 with a 6sp would be ideal for contracters, but dodge has to up sell with crapy automtics and convince you thier tough truck is really a car with a box and if you really want a monster truck, go a CTD with a 6sp..

Not all, but the majority of truck owners want people cargo, not per say, sand, gravel, loam, 4x8 sheets of ply wood, so enter the world of Compramise..

Also, a 4rth gen Ram has a smaller cab, than the 3rd gen ram, I own a 3rd gen ram reg cab, and my cab is bigger!!

 

Haha.. small world. I bought the truck at hill view motors in Greensburgh. The dealer sold it to me and kept it for about two weeks while the bumper was on order. When I came to pick it up he said tons of people inquired about the truck trying to buy it.

Yeah man, small world alright. Hillview was the name of the dealership I was talking to. I was pissed when I couldn't get that deal put together. I ended up finding the SLT I'm driving now on a tiny lot out in Illinois a few weeks later, got a deal put together over the phone, gave them a deposit to hold it for a week, then took a 3 day weekend and drove my trade out to get it. It all worked out okay though, I ended up with a really nice truck (the only one I've seen in Inferno Red) that already had chrome bumpers on it! I got the 3.92 axles, the trailer hitch, and I had my bedliner sprayed in (Line-X). I'm missing your sliding rear window though... Congratulations, that's a hell of a nice truck you got there!
