Don't see too many of these...
Hey everyone,
I got my ram about six months ago - It's a 2009 hemi reg cab 8 foot bed 4x4. I haven't seen any of these on the road since, and haven't seen any on this forum. Just thought I'd post some pictures.

I have never seen one with an 8 foot bed! I see that the option is now on the Dodge Website.
They must have listened to a few owners. Now if they had a crew cab with a 6'-4" box. I would be in business !!!!!

I bought mine back in August, they're pretty rare. Think I found a half a dozen on the East coast when I was looking, took me almost 3 months to find one with the options I was looking for and get a deal put together over the phone. Ended up driving 900 miles to get the only Inferno red one I saw! I just couldn't see paying 8K more for a factory order. I absolutly love the truck and look forward to driving it everyday. Damn things a burn-out machine and'll run 0-60 in 6 secs. Have to admit I'm really digging the lifetime warranty, I cant seem to stop myself from driving it like I stole it! Yeah, it's got a few gremlins (door locks mostly, pretty common from what I've seen) but they're more of a nuisance than anything else.

Haha... I basically did steal it. I did cash for clunkers, got an employee discount, and took the (then) doubled incentives offered from Dodge. Saved almost 15,000 off the sticker on an already inexpensive ST model. Had the dealer order a lower filler panel under the grille- had it painted silver and a chrome front bumper installed. Now I'm saving for the chrome dual exhaust bumper and will have a local shop bend me some nice stainless duals.
Nice Job! I started out looking for an ST model and ended up with an SLT. I made offers on a couple of STs before I found the SLT I have now, tough to find someone willing to put a deal together over the phone though. Even with that I still made out okay too, Sticker was 32K - 2K dealer discount - 6K Dodge discount - 8K trade (05 RCSB ST V6 2WD) = 16K + taxes out the door. Not bad and I got a nicer truck than I was orginally looking for!
