2010 Sport finally arrived
so, i picked up my 2010 sport and it is an absolutely awesome truck! My only concern/confusion is that my front grille is exactly the same as the 09's were... I thought they were changing to be color matched for 2010's...?
Anyone get a 2010 Sport yet? I'm curious to find out what changed and why it is not color matched like it shows on the website.

Congrats! The Sports are awesome.
Actually, you're the first person I've heard of that's got a 2010 Sport. A bunch of people have them on order, but none have picked them up yet. Odd that the grille is still a Laramie grille.
Can you get us some pics?

so, did your window sticker say Ram 1500 SLT? It has the Sport options under the equipment info... Did I get a Sport or a suped up SLT?

Just seeing all the options(I wish I had a sunroof now)thanks a lot lol lol, anyway, if you were suppose to have a colored grill, harrass the dealership about it. I know when I picked up my truck, the wheel locks were in the glove compartment, I would'nt give up the $27,000 bank check until they put those wheel locks on.Enjoy your early Christmas present, I'm still loving my Ram...............Kevin.

The "Customer Preferred Package 26L" is the Sport Package.
The website under the specs still shows the Sport Quad Cab to have a painted grille. Maybe they had a parts issue?

I had posted on Saturday that the grille was the same color as 2009 (Chrome)... When you build the 2010 Sport on Website look at the picture at the end. It is in chrome. I thought I was getting a colored matched grill as well.

Ive got a brilliant black 2010 sport. Mine is completly colour matched, mirrors, bumpers, grille, all painted to match. I would be ticked if it wasn't thats why i ordered the sport.
