Default RE How to remove wax

As stupid as it sounds try rubbing Peanut Butter over the wax covered plastic and let sit on it for a few minutes then remove it, works like a charm.

The only true wax remover is ammonia and you can apply it straight on or mix it 50/50 with water. Put it on and let it sit at least 15 minutes to activate and scrub with some extra elbow grease. Other than that, your local paint stores are sure to have remedies for such, good luck!

The above works
Peanut butter can also be used.

Someone mentioned using a product that doesn't cause this, which can be done with great results, but nothing produces as deep of a look as pure carnauba. You can however, tape your trim
