I am not sure I would sit and wait for a 2012 or 2013 given the state of the new Chrysler.

the 2500 looks badass! i like how it looks bigger. it looks bigger than mine till i park next to it and mine does sit higher. i have a 6" lift in mine. the 2500 have sweet vents on the hood which i thought was cool. the longer box is huge for me to with a quad cab. like really, what the hell do you do with a 5-1/2 box anyways. couple sets of golf clubs and its full! didnt know that there will be a new diesel for 12/13. good to know. ill have my truck paid off by than and will have something to throw down for a laramie 3500

I have seen that engine first hand and it is the cure all for the 6.7 but wont be in the 2500-3500 trucks until late 2012/13 but you will see it in the 4500 trucks late 2011 early 2012. I would wait on a diesel if I was you. But if you are looking at a 2010 Hemi 2500, the one I have for a loaner right now only went up to 12 mpg on the overhead as I drove it 180 miles down the hwy today.
Are you friggin serious??? 12mpg??? Well then would a 2500 with a hemi get horrible mileage too?? because of the added weight...

12 is the hemi. My 08 6.7 only got 14. My TRX4 gets better mpg then my 6.7 did. Now my 03 cummins got 20-26 mpg.

Well if 14 mpg is the best I'm looking at then I think I'll just stick with the 1500.

I don't think they all have those "vents" on the hood. I haven't seen it in any of the pics I've seen.
