I thought you boys always backed into your driveways. Was never sure about my neighbor fireman, if he did that for quick emergency response or if it had to do with his marital relations.

Lived in winter temp of -10 to -30 C (down to -22F) for years and only warmed up the block with a coil in order to be able to start it in the morning. Other than that, just take it easy for the first 5 Miles or so with a light foot

Im in canada and I just fire it up and head out. I used to let it warm up for a while, now I dont worry about it, hasnt hurt anything so far.

yeah I just let it idle down and put it in gear. I may let it idle for a couple of minutes if it's in the 10's outside

HA! Very true, for some odd reason we all tend to "back in" almost every where we go! Not sure if it's because we always back the rig in the house and it's just habit, but I like your theory on marital relations!

i let mine warm up a few mins, until rpms reach about 700 then off i go
