So I thought it would be a good idea to start a thread on rating our experience on a scale of 1 to 5.

My ratings

LaGrange Dodge, LaGrange, TX 5

Scottsdale Dodge, Scottsdale AZ 1

San Marcos Dodge, San Marcos, TX 5+

Boerne Dodge, Boerne, TX verdict still out pending repair in progress


My experience leads me to conclude that the smaller (rural) dealers are the most cooperative and reliable.

Hall Dodge Virginia Beach, VA ---------5+

Greenbrier Dodge, Chesapeake, VA -------1


I actually drive right past Greenbrier to make the commute to Hall.

Chapman did a ok job in fixing the tailgate spoiler. Other than that the service has been Oil changes, so hard to rate. I will be taking the Ram in for some dash rattles. We will see how the dealership (whoever I take it in to) does.

Purchased my 2009 Ram at Flagler, excellent sales staff, I'd rate sales a 5 and service a 4.0 for an average of 4.5.


Jacksonville CJD, Jacksonville, FL 4.0

Purchased PT Cruiser at Jax CJD, use them for service on PT, Caliber and my old Ram.
