Leather Interior Dash Pad Seam Crooked
$40,000 is'nt really expensive when I'm thinking about Porsche, Mercedes, BMW. If you want quality, buy one of those. No offense to any Dodge, GM or Ford owners, but what do you expect from an American made automobile. Even the Cadillac has pieces fallen off when its barely used.
P.S. Like another reply said, if you paid $40,000 for your truck, you're a dumb a$$.

Actually I only wished it was $40K, Keep in mind I'm Canadian and not sure if there is a difference to US customers, but my 2010 Sport fully loaded was listed on the window sticker at $48,800, I added another $1500 in Mopar stuff. There was discounts that brought the price down to $39 thousand and change then add 13% sales tax for a grand total of $44,000. That being said what does it matter the price if Chrysler wants consumer's to give them another chance they should be delivering a quality product no matter what the price of the vehicle was.
Wow you got hosed, the 2010's went down in price by 1000 or so in Canada, I am a Canadian too retired and only paid 28000 sticker was 44500 for a Sport 4x4. You just bought at a crappy time cuz people were getting same price as I was without even knowing someone that worked there. Expected, can't stay in business just moving cars for nothing. Prodoct is a quality product, go drive a Chevy or Ford and comeback, don't complain about then can tow a bigger trailer etc. we all know that, and the new dodge addresses 3/4 ton fixes that problem. The Ram 1500 is designed to be able to be a pickup but also a nice riding family vehicle with some major technology. I see Ford pushing all there voice recoginition and stuff...........my pickup truck has that big deal. What is your list besides a crooked dash?

72combo, you didn't get $16500 off your truck, between CAN and the US deals peaked at maybe 12-13K off msrp. And even if we choose to believe you didn't have anything else in on the deal, like a trade-in or cash down, there's no reason to make the comments you did.
You're retired? I'd assume this kind of response coming out of some cocky 20 yr old who doesn't know better. bravo for being as mature as your years.

13% sales tax?!?!?!??!
id say its time for a few assassinations up north...im upset at the 9.75% here in cali... someone should die lol
but if your counting your $1500 in upgrades and even sales tax then i should be able to add in my $10,000 in upgrade cost and California taxes
so i got 13k off my sticker...a $46k truck for $33k.. then add the 10k upgrades, installation and then sales taxes and im prolly over $50,000... damn... that sucks when put into perspective.... especially since i got a registration renewal last week for $625 more bucks...

None of us paid 40K and if you did you deserve a warped dash. I have an early build and an well not experiencing all these problems other than not having a factory locking tailgate(which I took care of myself for 100 bucks and now it locks with the doors) and not having and indicator when I am in 4cyl mode none of the problems other than the recalls, rrt's and TSB's I am happy. Now a change of radio and addition of uconnect was an issue not a truck issue a dealer or should I say 2 dealer problem of lack of training. But the Hemi engine noise...not there...nor any vibration or shake on the highway, I am even beginning to like the Goodyear HP's for now anyway. We shall see. I hope there are some of those 168 dollar alloy wheels left when I have the money.
$38,715 is close enough to $40,000 for me. Keep in mind that local market conditions and current incentives play a major factor in price. Not everyone can score a killer deal. Around here, trucks sell just fine. There is very little room for negotiation, especially when you buy an '09 when they are trying to move the remaining 2008s. How does buying a truck for a certain price make one deserving of a warped dash? You, sir, are a dip **** and need to be banned. NOW

I went and looked at a few more trucks with leather to see how the dash seems were, some were worse than mine and some were better. To change it you have to pull the complete dash out of the truck, I figured it's not worth risking creating other problems, I don't have any rattles or squeaks so I'll just live with it.
