Just ordered mine from Autobarn as, for me, even with shipping it was cheaper than the Amazon price. I too paid no sales tax.

 

I called this guy because mine broke at the bottom I tightened it too much he just sent me the bag of stuff minus the ram...included the bolt you are seeking but deciding that I am hoarding too much it went in the bucket of bolts that weighed more than we could lift, anyway a trip to the scrap pile I am sure, but you never know, I will get out to the garage tonight and have a look, don't get your hopes up.
