Default Thinking about upgrading to a 2010

Well, I swore I was not going to get a new truck after I bought my 2008, but they are growing on me. Thinking about a 2010 1500 Sport crew cab in the Orange. I have an '08 Sport quad cab now in black. Anyone else upgrade from a 3rd gen and think it was a good idea??

I upgraded from an 06' to a 10' and I love it. However the sunburst orange is not available for 10'. They have a new color called "Mango Tango" which I have not ever seen that is supposed to be the new orange. I ordered my truck in deep water blue....

Yeah, I did see that on their website, but just assumed it was the same color, at least I am hoping. I liked the 2009 Stone White color too, but not this bright white color. I want to order one to get the exact options I want this time, but they are not offering any good incentives. I got over $10,000 off of the sticker price on my 2008, so thought I'd be able to get a good deal on a 2010, but it doesn't seem that way. We will see I guess.

sunburst Orange is not available for 2010 which i don't mind! makes my 09 sunburst a little more rare!
I don't know why there switching the colours up. The 09 colours were nice.
I would say definitely switch to the 10. I guess it depends on what you use your truck for too!

I had a 3rd gen. Make sure you're ok with the shorter looking stance. Out side of that I love my 4th gen.

I traded my '08 in on an 09 4th Gen. after having the '08 for only 8 months, everyone thought I was nuts. But I am really glad I did, the new 4th generations are so much nicer inside and out over the 3rd generations. I agree they don't have as an aggressive stance, but ride so much better and not the plain sparse interior. Given I have had a '01 Tacoma, '03 Chevy & '05 F150 then the '08 Dodge. Best truck I have ever had, love it. Hope you find what you want, specially with the price tag's now a days lol

I took my '07 in for service, and left in an '09... go for it. I think the new body style looks a lot more aggressive than the 3rd gen. The headlights and forward slant grille just make it look bad ***, especially when lowered on some nice wheels. There is no comparison over the 3rd gen, it's like a luxury car with a bed.

I traded in my 05 for an 09 sport crew cab in sunburst orange and absolutely love it
Huge difference between the two. The ride and the interior are so much nicer. Love
the orange color too. The only thing i miss from 05 are the 3:92 gears...i could roast
the tires in the 05 not so much with the current 3:55 but im working on it. Go for it
you wont regret it.

Leveling kit will take care of that.
