Default Upgrade to REN

I have the lower end radio in my truck. Went to the dealer and it was well over a thousand bucks just for the REN. Would like that radio, nav isn't a big deal, but would like the back up camera option with it. Anyone know how to get the REN without breaking off a leg?

Did you install a back up camera? Also did you guys have the get the REN with the satellite reciever? I'm trying to figure out if I need to drop the extra $100 for it if I already have satellite radio on my stereo now.

no, it should be plug and play and you will retain your sat radio.

Same deal here but I added Uconnect so other than the pain in the butt it cost me 100 bucks to have it starscanned and they added the radio to my vehicles computer so it knows what it has..funny my sat was working too and my other one was to run out this March, I was told by the dealer to just shut up until it quits.

Where can I find one of these awesome $250 deals! The dealership really charged a $100 to have it starscanned? Wow, bunch of thieves.

Its not bad considering the dealer the day before spent 7 hours and tried to charge well over a hundred and it did not work, so I stayed local and went to a dealer in town they spent the whole day till 4 55pm finally a tech figured out the rrt's and recalls that required starscanning were not done properly causing the computer to not allow any changes at all. So they had to clear something a reload everything, and well now the uconnect works... so hundred bucks the second day did suck since its is a .5 hour job on the instruction sheet that comes with it. I paid an hour. Got my money back from Chrysler Canada for the botched job the day before except I agreed to pay for the oil change that I did not request since it was almost time.
