Default New rims for the Ram HELP!!!

Ok so i need alottle help before i pull the trigger on these rims....its tax time and i got a few extra bucks and i really want to get new rims.....i found the ones i want and just need to make sure these will fit. I have a 09 2X4 Ram with the factory 20"s......i m looking at the 20" KMC XD's 20X9 with a -12mm offset
The website says i may need to level my truck to fit these...i am putting the original tires on these new rims since i only have 6K miles on them.......and it saves me money.....any help would be most appreciated

I don't see the wheel size being a problem. the -12 offset should push it out enough for any clearance issues. My only concern is how wide are the stock tires? Are you putting an 8" wide tire on a 9" wide rim.... if so I don't think it will work but I'll let the other guys chime in.

Just FYI I've got 17x9 wheels with a -12 offset and they stick out enough so that the width is not an issue and I have 11.5 wide tires.
