Default New Ram Owner= Lots of Questions

Hey Guys,
I am a brand new Ram owner and a brand new truck owner for that matter. I did it big boy style and went with the 2010 Ram 1500 4x4 Big Horn package with the 5.7 hemi in it. I am very impressed with the stock features on the truck, but want to make some upgrades and want to get some feed back. So, I have several questions.

1.) Who makes the best chip for boosting horsepower? Is there a downside to doing this? Everyone wants more horsepower, but will i void any warranties or increase ambient ride noise?

2.) I understand the principal behind getting an air intake system, but im not sure of the merits of a closed or open system. Also, which company makes the best sysytem for my truck? My roommate pushes K&N but ive also heard that AEM and AirRaid do good work.

3.) I know that a Suspension lift is about 35,500 miles down the road for me as i dont want to void my warranty, but I dont even see a manufacturer thats producing them yet. Will the 2009 lift kit by BPD or Superlift work on my truck?

4.) In the mean time, I plan to get the truck levelled and I dont know what size wheels and tires i can fit under there once I do that. Any ideas? Also, the stock rims arent the greatest, but they arent bad either. Can i fit some beefier tires like the Nitto Mud Grapplers on those rims under that?

5.) Does putting a new exhaust system on it void the warranty? I know it increases horsepower and gives it a throatier sound and I want that, but not at the expense of my warranty. Also, is there a system that is out for the '10s?

I know thats a lot of questions and im showing my ignorance of these systems and vehicles in general, but I hope you guys have some info that can help me out.

The only part of your warranty will be your exhaust system that is voided, seeing how if you replace your's, I did. Dodge won't continue the warranty on your aftermarket system. I got a Magnaflow, there's also Borla($$$) and another one I can't think of, these are catback's. If you just replace the muffler, there's Magnaflow, Borla, Flowmaster. I'm sure there are a few more, viewers will post some more up.Enjoy your new Ram, I am

Same boat, may be buying a new 2010 on Monday/Tuesday if the dealer is willing to deal.

Looking at all the things I can do to it allready, I can't leave anything alone for long.

Not to be a jerk man but do some searches... pretty much all of these topics have been discussed 5 or more times.... You'll see plenty of my posts in each one :-)

My set-up=2009 Ram Laramie with Airaid CAI, Mufflex retro fit exhaust using magnaflow exhaust and biggest bang for the buck superchips cortex. Very happy with performance and sound, but shop around for sure. Just bear in mind the CAI and exhaust hp claims are not realized, they just sound great together. Superchips has power increase you can really feel.
