Having navigation problems, getting an error message about data base not found. Anyone else have this issue?

 

perform a reset, i think you press seek up and down and then menu at the same time to get into the engineering menu. scroll to DEBUG nav and then run that. exit after you perform this, do not attempt to play around with any of the other settings. This should work for you otherwise a visit to the dealer is needed
