just getting all my ducks in a row before i tackle this

 

I was wondering that cuz I got a line on a Nav radio that will go into my truck but the antenna is different....is it still on the fender if so just get a whole new antenna if there is not an adaptor...but Scoshe (spell check) would be best bet.

 

ANyone I'm sure I can build one if I get the right answer

 

Oks like ai American international makes the adaptors cr6,cr7 you will need to cut the common ends off and solder the center and shield. Kind of cheesy I know but will work

 

Thanks anyway but I will wait for not cheesy, easier to explain for warranty issues and actually purchase adaptor that does notlook like tinfoil and wires. no offence okay that is my concern warranty.

 

My dealer just signed off on it so cheesy to me may mean antenna adaptor to some !
