Geez... First we have to put up with the Silverado ads, now these dumb political ones. The things one has to put up with to enjoy the comradery with fellow Ram owners.

****** for money any which way i say. which is fine to be a capitalist and provide a page for us to converse, but have some sense that on a dodge page were not going really care to be bombarded by BS about how chevy beats dodge (total BS IMO, my dad has one and it is garbage all around).

the site goes through an advertising service. the site designates a section of a page for advertising and the agency puts in an ad that corresponds to your browsing history (thatsd why sites stick cookies in your computer).

ever notice that if you go to facebook, myspace or where there is usually an ad on something you have been checking up on?

i see ram ads, military and the same ads over and over because thats my surfing trend.

anyway.. the site doesnt control what ads you see.

Only thing you really have to do in Internet explorer is to add *.doubleclick.net to your restricted group and you won't see them any more on many many sites.

adding *.googlesyndication.com gets rid of ads on many other sites
