HI!

I have an 09 crew cab SLT and I would like to swap my chrome bumpers out for the grey ones on the SXTs. Wanted to post up and see if anyone would be interested in trading. My rear bumper has a small dent on the right side, but a quick round with a hammer and dollie and it's gone. I'd have them fixed and removed ready for the swap

I'll snap a pic in a little while to show the dent.

I work off on the south side of Houston at a machine shop and have all tools to make it a quick job.

i think i screwed up. i actually want the ST bumpers. i got a PM about it and also saw an SXT and realized the bumpers were still chrome lol.

the ones im looking for are the gunmetal colored bumpers

im interested, i have the gunmetal bumpers, pm your info and i will call either of ya.

in if we did the trade, i would want the bumpers to have no damage (as in you could never tell it was hit)

plus: my truck is about 4 months old and i dont know if you know this but the grey bumpers are known for being painted ****ty. I have had the bumper redone so there are no marks on it.

 

cool man sounds good. i'll get the rear bumper perfect and snap a pic for you to see how they look. i should be able to get it done this weekend at the latest. i finally have a day off from work on friday that i can get a bunch of stuff done

dont worry about fixing your bumper for me. I have matching 22s on my truck and i think putting chrome bumpers on it will take away from it. If only i had read this thread 2 weeks ago....
