MAN THIS WOULD BE NEWS OF THE YEAR ........for some of us, please let us know if is true, I dont have my predator yet, and I have no light and no option, believe me I would turn it on if I did.

 

Mine's a 10/08 build with a Predator tune and no light. I'm running a modified 87 tune.

 

I turned that annoying light off

 

Does it seem to run any better or have more HP?

 

Stupid Question I know, but could it be that for some reason it only shows up when the trip odometer is displayed?

I've never swapped to the trip setting... Seeing that it is all software controlled, there could be a line of code that only displays it when in trip setting rather than total.

 

Mine works no matter the setting on the odometer. So that's not it.

 

I have a 11/08 build and have loaded the Predator 87 and 91 tune. I have never seen the fuel saver light or the option to turn it on. The early builds just don't have the feature.
