don't get me wrong i love my 09 in every aspect compared to my 02, but the transition is weird. im not used to traction control or fuel management it just seems that i move faster than what the computers on board can handle. the transmission for instance has shift points built for the 5.7 and not the 3.7 im used to flooring the 3.7 and it shifting hard the 09 seems to have a softer shift to handle the power. i want to do all sort of mods like a leveling kit, programmer tires and rims, intake and exhaust but with the warrenty cant touch it for 3/36,000 pissed about that

well if you were chrysler yo would do it the same way, it is a bottom dollar thing. not saying i would not like it to shift more firmly but it is what it is.

I checked up on that. Funny because motor trend says that the Hemi can tow 9100 Lbs and the V6 a measly 3800 pounds. The Hemi is rated for almost triple the V6....

The V6 is rated for 150 more pounds in the bed, but I think that anyone with half of a brain here knows that a Hemi will do MUCH better than a V6 with 2k pounds in the bed.

Ratings are just that - a rating.

Do you think a V6 could really haul better than a Hemi with twice the torque and almost twice the horsepower? No...

We had almost 2K lbs in the back of our bed (despite the "rating" being about 1600lbs) and yet the truck was fine. Truck held 75mph up the Sherwin grade (steep grade going to Mammoth Lakes, for those that don't know) at minimal throttle levels and still managed 16mpg...
