Default Crushed... Just Crushed !!

It's in the shop now - new hood, new drivers fender, new plastic parts, fresh paint - but this just crushed my Winter Vacation !!

I was just CRUSHED !!
Even though I'd parked outside the normal fall-line, about a TON of snow had broken loose from the upper region of the cabin roof... And had enough speed to fly past the railing, past the normal fall-line snow pile, and crash onto the hood of my New Truck !! OUCH !!

Ouch. Good warning though. We've got over a foot on the roof of the house and I occasionally park the front of the truck under the eve.

Dang that's too bad. Makes me wonder what would have happened if the 2 feet of snow I saw on top of a semi trailer earlier this week hauling down the road at 65 mph would have broken loose.

I'd rather the snow crush the truck, than some dumb *** on the road....at least no mechanical issues....

That sucks big time on the brigh side not only that it is a different type claim where you don't get any type of record and deductible should be less depends on how your insurance works, that would cost me 300 bucks.
