this was a common problem when 09's came came out, not refering to the fob not working. there was another thread about this. if you notice or tried, you have to be pretty close to roll down the windows. in combination with the fob itself being a pos, sometimes it takes several attempts to do it and by that time you might as well go put them down yourself; therefore, individuals believed that it was not them doing it by accident, but the unit being wacked and doing it.

Has anyone had their truck at the dealership for this problem? Did they do anything?

Mine works okay have issues with the auto start lately works fine for me but my wife cannot seem to get the right speed of pushing the button....and when you screw it up thats it you have to go outside and start the truck with the key. No biggy. Will mention the issue maybe they can set the speed of how fast you push the buttons.
