With the spindles you are not only spending more in the cost of the item, but about 600-1000 more in installation... and the ride being rougher???? not sure I would agree with that. I do have less body roll in corners, but I still love the way it rides. Before I made that statement I would talk to a bunch of us that have used the springs up front and still have stock 20s to ride on. The ride is still very good, just more "sport" like.

Thanks! I just got a new set of wheels that aren't in the pic.
As for the spindle install Taylor Tire in Gloucester will install the entire kit for $290. That sold me, Taylor tire has done good work for me in the past. As for the spring deal Everyone that I have talked to has said the same thing you did and that was that it was "sport like" Which translate's to stiff of course now that I went out on a limb everyone is saying they ride great. One final thing is if you read my post the statement was in quotes which means that is what the other guy said, I was merly restating what I was told and I stated that. Not trying to start an argument but I have asked three of four people on this site about the ride and they all said the same thing.

No need here you go, 804-684-0933 and they are actually in Hayes. So you will not need to go all the way to Gloucester. They are an offroad shop but they do everything. There shop is about 5-10 minutes past the coleman bridge.

$290 is pretty cheap to remove and install spindles, they must really need the work.

Does that price include alignment too?

All the quotes on the high prices were from the dealer and asking other truck owners.

Just found a place here that will do it for $225 (3 hrs labor). They are a pretty reputable shop that usually lifts trucks. No alignment included.

Now I need to find the spindles at a reasonable price.
