Question Canopy question

Hey guys, I want to buy a canopy for my '10 QC 1500, and I am having trouble finding any info on people who have already done so. I called my local canopy dealer and they told me that really the only canopy that would fit on my truck is the Leer 100XQ...and they want 1800+tax for it.

Our trucks have that huge lip on the back which I can imagine looking really odd combined with a flat window... does anyone have pictures of this? (search didn't turn anything up.) If I bought a standard 6.5' 100XQ canopy off of ebay, would it be the same thing? Installation cannot be that hard, I've done it on earlier models and I don't think anything has changed.

I'm just concerned about the window area looking extremely odd with the flared lip, and the price sounding a little high...

Look at the 2009 Dodge on the above page.

Thanks! I'm going to give my nearest dealer a call shortly for pricing (100 miles away in Surrey, BC.) Looks like a great comparison to the Leer 100LX, and frankly better looking and more standard options.

Sadly, while those are some great canopies, they cost significantly more to buy in Canada than a Leer would cost here in the states. Looks like I'm stuck with Leer or ARE.

https://dodgeforum.com/forum/4th-gen...er-100-xq.html

here is one I had a year ago for my 09.

I had a bit of a leak on the front window I got that fixed by the dealer. I also adjusted the back window and it has a nice fit on the back.
