Ok so I get my chip today the Cortex for my 09 Ram.

Does it come with intructions? If not what are the steps, and where do I hook it into?

First, update your tuner.

Download the updater here for your specific OS: https://www.superchips.com/#pn=compg&pid=30&psid=886

After the update, go to truck and follow the steps to tune. If you want, you can start off with a quick tune for now. Just choose a tuning level and the programmer does the rest.

Just an FYI:

If you should receive a needs update message during tuning, re-update the tuner online and it will send your calibration to the engineers. Once they add your calibration to the database, they'll send you an e-mail confirming it's ready. Re-update online and you'll be ready to tune.

I haven't actually looked for the spot on this truck since my tuner hasn't arrived yet, but there should be a plug under the dash, to the left?

I found it its right under the steering column basically. I tuned it to the quicktune of 93 Octane, and have 93 in it, and she is running quicker, I def notice it. Plus yesterday I added mopar cold air intake, and magnaflow muffler.
