in MI, i can get my hands on 94oct. pretty regularly. i think its either sunoco or shell, cant remember... anyways. what would be the optimal gas to run with the 93 tune? 93? or 94? or 91? does it really matter either way?

 

with the 93 tune you need to run 93 min or your engine will ping under load.so far i am trying the 91 tune the 93 tune didnt seem to justify the extra cost of gas for a few more hp and torque.as a bonus so far my avg mpg has gone up 1 mpg as long as i drive normal but it is still early to tell for sure i want to see what its like after a few tanks.i bought mine from cabelas online and had it within 3 days

 

I am going to caution the MPG increase talk this time of year. Mine went up 1MPG in the past two weeks simply because it is warmer outside.

So far I have been happy with mine, I tried the 91 tune, then switched to the towing. I like the towing better. I haven't tried anything else. What are the trans options that are supposed to be out later going to do? (Silshemi)

 

Full control of torque management. Currently the tuning removes about 75% of the TM. With this feature you can reduce TM further for fine tuning.

Full control of part throttle up/downshifts (1-4 up / 2-5 down). With this feature you can set your entire shift schedule and make it up / downshift where you want.

These two features dramatically change the ride of your truck.
