Default New Truck!!! + Mygig expertise needed

I picked up my new truck last night all. Ordered Jan-15, rolled out of the plant 2-10 and took delivery yesterday. I am quite happy with everything with the exception of this morning I drove to work and my RER is out, the screen is black but ALL of the functions work through voice command and steering wheel controls. I did screw with A LOT of stuff yesterday, so maybe I inadvertently did something. My initial thought was that something was wrong with the unit, but EVERYTHING works on it aside from the display...?

Oh an it is a 2010 Deep Water Blue Crew 4x4 Sport Hemi. 3.92's, 32 Gal tank, Leather Ventilated Seats, Dual Zone, Nav and Backup Camera. Couldn't get pics last night because it was snowing like crazy!!!

You may have inadvertenly hit the day or night mode on the display instead of auto. I have done this and the brightness went all the way down to where it was a black screen during the day. I just leave it on auto.

I have the nav unit and there is a black out function which turns your screen completely off, except for audio.

FWIW the RER in my 2010 Jeep sometimes goes black for a while on startup. Has done it maybe 5 times in the last 3 months, it stays off for 5 minutes or so then pops on.

The day when it doesnt come back for good on I'll get a new radio..

Did this too, put it in nightime mode and the brightness was somehow set all the way down to 1. Was a pain to see to bump the brightness up to where it was actually visible.
