Default Wife said buy new truck

I could't believe it either. We were snowed in a couple of weeks ago and my youngest daughter had baby and we almost coundn't get to the hospital. My wife said she didn't want that to happen again, so I traided my 2007 tundra 2wd in for a 2010 RAM slt sport quad cab Hemi 392 gears 4wd.

Suh-weettt. Trucks are night/day. I've got no qualms with the Tundra, but the Ram is a superior vehicle. The only upgrade out-of-the-gate would be the tires - there are a few fans of the stocks, but most would ditch them if money were not an issue. Plus with the few miles on them, you might be able to get a decent amount in exchange.

Congrats on the grand daughter and the new truck. As far as the factory tires... I'm no fan but mine have treated me fine since last March. Living in Wisconsin I'd know if they were completly worthless.

I live in northern BC and the roads here have been covered with a layer snow & ice since I bought the truck at the beginning of December- I haven't had any troubles at all, even driving around in 2 wheel drive most of the time.

I live at the bottom of steep hill, and going up it the road leans to one side that has a steep drop off with a deep pond at the bottom. So it was as much a safety issue as anthing.

Man those are cool, would be great for hunters and people who like in like Nunavit. Kick the **** outta 10 sled dogs, and be comfy and warm inside.
