Default gas cap stolen

i was in the big city overnight, and when i went out to my truck the following day, somebody stole my gas cap. they were probably trying to steal some gas but i was almost empty so they just decided to steal the gas cap. doesnt make sense. anyways, anybody here have any idea how to lock up the gas cap or the gas cover just like the japanese cars where you have to unlock it inside the car?

I think you can get an aftermarket chrome or aluminum door that might look good and lock I had one on my Durango.

Mopar makes a locking gas cap. Someone here had one and their cel came on all the time because it wouldn't seal right. I would just put another regular gas cap on, if it happens again then lock it! Maybe the guy just needed a gas cap

Dont think you can siphon gas out, most vehicle have a block at the tank, my dads silverado has one, haven't checked the ram yet. but of course it doesn't stop someone from taking the cap or dumping something in the tank.

aftermarket sells locking gas caps and locking gas doors, should be easy to find one through autoanything.com or a similar site.
