Default Installed the Switch and Blast III from Raceland

I had the Switch and Blast III from Raceland installed on my 09 qc hemi 4x4. Absolutely love it. It is nice and quiet when you don't want the loud exhaust and when you hit the remote it comes alive. You get a nice loud rumble. If you want an option of being loud or quiet i would recommend it. I got it off of ebay for $108 and paid $48 to have it welded in place.

where did you install it in your exhaust? Do you have duals?

normally you put it right before the muff, keeping enough back pressure as needed and providing a bypass from the muff. lets it breath a bit more and allows the tone to shine through; therefore, you can install on a dual or single cause it's before the muff on our trucks. true duals will need two.

Default where i installed it

I installed it just after the cats. It seems to do fine with the back pressure. I think anywhere in between would be fine. I have a single exhaust. I tend to turn the haul feature on when i have the bypass engaged, because it just sounds better because it doesn't drop to 4 cylinders. It works good for me, because when i turn it on i am showing off and getting a lot of looks which could be good or bad. I think good. Depends on if the person likes the mean sounding of the truck.
