i have the coopers zeons and i love them i have about 20,000 miles on them so far and they still look like new.great all around tire.yes i did lose about 1-1.5 mpg with them but that is to be expected with a more aggressive tread and well worth the trade off compared to the goodyear car tires the truck came with.the bridgestones were my other choice but decided to give the coopers a try because they were about 54.00 cheaper per tire.i really havent noticed any more road noise but i also have the 18" magnaflow so i probally wouldnt hear a difference.i would definitly recommend the zeon ltzs to anyone

Firestone and Bridgestone are one in the same now our Avenger came with Bridgestone Turanza's, they were rated as absolutely not for snow or ice at all and yet they are sold on a vehicle in Canada. Not only that 10000KM's and they are finished, Just getting ready to rotate them. Funny thing we put some Goodyear GT1 or something like that, awesome ratings but low mileage rating...15000KM's on them and they look like brand new still.

How about the General Grabber. They had high reviews on tire rack.

I was looking at the Nitto Grappler series tires for when the time to change tires comes. I can go to the 285/75 R17 without changing rims which puts me at a 34" tire. This place had them at a real bargin price.

I like the Grabber. Always liked General tires. Had a delivery business and between the 3 vans we went thru tires, brakes and trannys. On the one I drove I put a set of Aluminum mags with Dunlop GT Qualifiers....loved the tire but doing deliveries with it the soft compound with the heavy weight they wore out fast, both sets....so I switched to Bridgestone...forget the tire name but they were awesome, for a sport tire with white letters, I put double the mileage and the tires when worn down seemed to be as good as when new...like on rain or snow. They discontinued them and I changed to BF goodrich T/A's then grew up a bit and started buying actual tires that were made for carrying the weight and for the rough handling...I forget what I bought....but now that I am into a sport tire for my truck with a nice looking tread that is functional..like the Goodyear GT's we put on the Avenger after the Bridgestones wore down terribly both front and back 10000 kms and they looked worn out and could not drive in the snow at all. NOT SAFE the Goodyears have a great rating in Tire Rack Not sure if they are GT or GT1...it's a new tire. He has put 15000 KM's and they look brand new. Those original Bridgestones on the have a horrible tire rack rating as I mentioned before and they are 50 bucks more! Sorry for rambling.
