since im planning on having this truck for a long time , i would like to get the service manual. im assuming its a little better than the chiltons aftrmarket manuals?anyone know how much they run?

Go to ram.com i believe or dodges official site, its about 120 dollars on CD.

Look in the back of your manual that came with the truck there is a number to call to receive it, if you are or know an employee you can get it for like 70 bucks shipped. I am going by what was in other manuals that all the other dodges i had. I have not looked at this one for that but I figure you can. If its there cool. I hope it is. We should all chip in on one and when someone needs and answer the person who has it "wink"'wink" can supply the answer.

good question, maybe email them to find out if its Dodge OEM made copy or other.
