It's a sweet looking hood. As far as I know though, no one on here or the other major forum have bought one. I'm not sure why, especially if you can get one painted.

There is one on a truck here in town. It's the same one I was going to buy when Croft truck accessories closed down. The guy got it for $500 and I was so P.Oed since it was on hold for me to pick up the next day at that price.

You can get a new air box/housing, but I don't see how you can prevent water from dumping onto the filter in the rain... without a cover/cap (plastic film here).

Its not bad, I like the look of the challenger style hood better though, I'd make it fully functional though if I ever bought one heh.

I will be doing all this at some point this year but i promise my total wont be $1500 for it all, i will wait til some type of sale happens and i can get it all for like $1200 shipped

I wonder what happens with a hood like that in the winter when it's snowing 4-12 inches? They sell a cover or plug for it?

Since we're talking about hoods. I e-mailed Keystone Restyling a couple weeks ago and they stated they did not have anything in the works for the 09 Ram. They are the company that makes the Air Grabber Hood and the Shaker Hood. I would love to have an Air Grabber Hood.

My girl is getting me the hood in a few weeks for a bday gift, can't wait... I'll post when it's on.
