Default Cowl, door hinge and possible strut issue!

Got my 09 crew cab in Sept. First off check the black cowl section that surrounds your wipers. near the top there is a strip of rubber that touches the windshield mated to the cowl. Mine has a few hairline cracks where it appears to be separating.
Second, I noticed a binding feeling when closing my drivers door. This soon turned to a binding feeling with a loud creaking noise. I tried some white lithium but it did nothing because the small roller that the spring/hinge rolls on is frozen, won't turn.
I also think I have a bad front shock or ball joint. I drive over a road at work that's dirt and gravel mixed and I can really feel it clunking around up front on my drivers side and through the steering wheel. I had the same issue with the pedal vibration but now it feels like a mild clunking when driving on smooth pavement. In the past I had the same issue in cars and it was the strut. Going to the dealership next Thursday and will update.
Anybody else with these issues?

If you feel it through the steering wheel it is probably a tie rod end going bad. I had to have one replaced on my '08 ram with only 15,000 - 20,000 miles on it.

I just had to purchase a new right strut today. I was tightening/checking my suspension this weekend and notice that it was leaking. Dealer would not cover it due to my suspension lift...bullSh*t. Truck has 18000 miles on it and I baby it.

We had a squeaky creaky door. I oiled it will motor oil everywhere it moves and then wiped it down and caked it with white lithium. All set and the wheel is moving again.
