My VIN number starts with a 2?

there are no rams that start with a "2". in chrysler words, "2" means it is made in canada, there is no ram production there. "1" is made in warren, mi and "3" is made in saltillo mexico.

Very strange my dealer just called and told me the VIN started with a 2 and he has never seen it before.
