Default Two new RRTs out.

Two new RRTs out for 09s. I was at the dealer this morning and was told a RRT for exhaust/studs and manifold. The other one is for window rubbers for rubbing or scratching.Mine falls under both.Might be a couple weeks before I can get mine in for them.

Header bolts been around a little while. I think it is the ones near 7 or 8.

The window rubber, only need to have this done if....

The rubber seal along the bottom of the glass, if it folds under. In other words it is folded to where the rubber part is against the glass rather than the felt, resulting in a whole lot of squeaking when going up and down.

I had my 09 ram at the dealer today and I noticed on the ticket they had replaced the exhaust manifold studs for both # 7 and 8 cyls.

The rubber seal on my power rear window is folded but not making any noise, wonder if its the quality of rubber they used

I saw that RRT a couple of days ago and it really makes me wonder why just the two #7 and #8 cylinder manifold bolts need changing. Are they different grade than the rest or what?

I will warn everyone on the bolts... If they are broke your truck will be in the shop all day.

They are replaced with stronger bolts. Maybe there is different torque spec for those bolts?

My '03 had the rubber window seal problem too and they replaced them with felt. Why the heck would they do this again on the '09's? These were on the driver ad passenger doors.
