Not sure, there was a huge thread about HIDs a while ago on here dunno what happened to it or how far back it is but it has a crapton of info on the kits along with some good pricing deals for dodgeforum.com members.

If you have the quad beams, as long as you use them on low beams with a 35v 4700uf capacitor and not on high beams you will be okay. I have a 35W DDM hid kit for my fog lights (H10) and low beams (H11), DRL's are on the high beam circuit.

If you have the dual beams (dual fliment bulbs H13) you will have to try to get the dealership to disable the DRL's if possible on these new trucks (could on a third gen) and still use a 35v 4700uf capacitor.

08zx10r...Thanks for the info...i have the 4 beams model so i guess i'll go with your set up

RamPhreak...the parts guy at my dealership are somewhere near 65...when i started asking questions about HID's they looked at each other and i could see the big question mark on their forehead...i asked about the R/T's 22's and they answered...no such thing in our book...talk about professionalism! Called 2 other dealers around Montreal but here they're not too familiar with mods...always the same stupid answer...if you change original parts on your truck the guaranty might be affected...

Textbook example....LOL. It is very rare to find the parts guy having passion about their jobs to want to learn about what they are catering to.
