Default Side view mirrior light problem

Hello, well i just noticed that the turn signal lights in my driver side view mirrior is not working nor is the two led lights on the bottom when you open the door. It looks like there is some water inside of the cover that i would like to drain out but i cannot figure out how to take the cover off. Has anyone had this problem and or could tell me how to get to the lights?
