There are total different software updates for the REN and the RER(Nav) you can't interchange.
9.292 is the latest you can get, I was told by Harmon Becker that I must have gotten some type of beta version for some reason. I bought my radio on Ebay. There is a sticker even on the radio little round one that says 9.293
