He probably means lifetime powertrain which the 09s do have to the first owner only.

 

Oh that was an 09? I should pay more attention... Well then should be more than 20 grand off, I would ask them if they would be willing to pay for a 4 wheel alignment from a place of your choice on their dime before I decide to buy it. make sure it is square.

 

Well it looks like I will not be pursuing the truck. The dealer sent me the info sheet with the Dodge customer disclosure form that states what was damaged on the truck. It stated major front end damage the resulted in the hood, lights, and hemi badging being factory replaced. It said in the sheet that the truck was refused by the original dealer and repurchased by Dodge.
He then proceeded to tell me that i could have the truck for 34k.....I countered by saying i would offer 20k for the DAMAGED 2009 ram!!!!...i dont think they were pleased as they wrote back saying "thank you for the offer"..i replied with "let me know if you change your mind"...they replied with..."WE WONT!"

nice.... good luck selling a truck that is a year old with 3500 miles on it and MAJOR frontal damage that had to be replaced..HAHAHA

its a shame as the truck looks amazing in the pictures...oh well.. time to order it as a 2010!!!
