Default Love this truck!

Just got back from a 1600 + mile round trip from south florida to East Tennessee, this truck rules! loaded with my 660 Grizzly and family/stuff truck ran great (second trip of like since I bought it), averaged 18.8 mpg up and back, funny thing is it did better on fuel in the Ga/tenn. foothills/mountains than it did in florda, used cruise and speed was b/n 70 75, the great thing is that I have made this trip with my 04 hemi and it was fun, but not as fun as it was to drive it in the 09 loaded, cant really explain but the driving was great and unloaded and driving around the mountain roads was even more fun, not a sports car, but still almost as fun.

I'm about to drive from Ft. Hood, TX back home to San Francisco, CA....about 1800 miles, and I'll have my GSXR 750 in the back and possibly my Camaro on a trailer (pending offers to buy it haven't come through yet) I'll post in about a week once I get there and see how it goes.

I just drove from Ft. Hood to Fresno, CA. I was pulling my 7 x 14 enclosed trailer with my Honda VTX. I was pulling about 5300 LBS and she pulled it with no problems. Great Ride!! Great Truck!!

It was better also due to the fact that I wasnt chased by tornados and hail on the way home this year, last year caught snow in gatlinburg, last year had the same set up, and left with tornado sirens blarring from town to town as I headed SE on I24 towards Chatanooga, finally was caught at Red top Mtn in Ga with the hail but no damage, there were 3 touchdowns along the way as was later confirmed on the news.

I have the swame truck as you it looks like.

It has been from michigan to florida and back, to northern canada and back and several other long trips. Got it in february 09 and it has over 27,000 on it. Not a hitch--flawless.

But for a guy who likes performance cars--I sure loved driving the Ram to florida, especially through the mountains and several wicked storms.

This truck reminds me every day why I chose it over the other brands which I tested (all of em). Smooth and powerful engine and equally smooth tranny, excellent ride and handling due to the coilovers, quiet cabin with the only real noise--the rumble of the Hemi through the dual stainless exhaust. Great Truck!!!!!
