NGK has not released the proper long life plug for the 09/010 Hemi yet.Its coming down the pipeline. You can go the the official NGK site and check.NGK also has a free technical dept and you can ask all the question about plugs.I don't need plugs yet but when I do I'm using NGK Iridiums instead of stock. The only difference is the wear rate of the plug tip.Precious metal plugs take longer to wear the tips.

Both the 2009 and 2010 downloaded manuals (as of today) say the 4.7 is 48,000 miles, but the 5.7 is still 30,000 miles.

What Oldjeep said. The only thing I add is a tq wrench. Too easy to over-tq plugs.
