Default 2010 Ram 2500 Skid PLates?

My Brother picked up a 2010 Ram 2500 last week. The window sticker says it has a trasfer case skid plate.

We looked it over and unless they consider the cross member a skid plate, We dont think it has one.

Does anyone have, or can find, a good picture of the skid plate it is supposed to have?

I have the 09 TRX4 and it's got the same thing. Thought it looked a little cheap myself. I think that's it. If it's not I'll be talking to the dealer.

I have the same issue with my 2500 Ram. I ordered my truck with both the snow pow prep and the protection group options and either of those are supposed to include the transfer case skid plate. I actually went down to my dealer and looked at other trucks on the lot. What I found is all the Hemi powered 2500's had no skid plate even when optioned the same as mine. However, all the Cummins powered 2500's had the skid plate when speced with the protection group or plow prep. It also appears the Cummins powered truck have an additional crossmeber and the back of the skid plate bolts to this.

I'm just pissed that I payed extra for an option because I expected the skid plate only to find out it's missing. I will be following up with my dealer.
