Default Nav/speaker/uconnect question

Ok, I had my dash replaced yesterday because it had faded spots on it. Well, they screwed something up because today I used the nav and I couldn't hear the turn prompts. I assumed it was the volume but it was on 19, usually the voice prompts are loud as hell and I swear they come from the center channel like the uconnect. Now they are coming from only the front left on dash, also, music sounds like crap now, the front left speaker is only getting very high frequencies, when I move the sound to the center or front right speakers, the sound is much fuller. I have the Kicker 2 ways for the dash, it almost sounds like the 3.5 isn't working, only the little tweeter. I have to turn the nav volume ALL the way up to hear voice prompts, and it's still not very loud. Sooo, any ideas as to what might have been buggered up? Those of you with nav, do the turn prompts come from center channel? My uconnect is still from the center and it is loud.

Mine always seemed to come from the left speakers, in both the Ram and the Durango I had previously, as well as the Charger. But, I will say that my hearing is rather challenged, directionally speaking

Well, the service manager said it sounded normal, of course I disagreed, we got the tech out there and he admitted it sounded jacked up. They are ordering new speakers now. Pain in the ***!!!
